The_Twilight_Zone started as a 1957 TV pilot & was televised in 1958 as The Time Element. This episode was set in December 1941 around Honolulu & Pearl Harbor. The_Twilight_Zone became a TV series in 1959 with the first episode titled, Where Is Everybody? Interesting that the TV pilot has a connection to Pearl Harbor & the star of the first episode of the series was born on 9-11-1928, who is Earl_Holliman.

Most office towers rise at about 12 feet per floor. Tower 2 was hit around the 77th floor & tower 1 was hit around the 93rd floor. Tower 2: 77 x 12 = 924' & Tower 1: 93 x 12 = 1116'
WTC_Vertical_Impact_Locations So after the 2nd tower was hit over 900' above the plaza, a symbolic pattern could be established. Tower 1 was hit above the 1100' elevation, so either symbolism was an important part of this, or its simply a coincidence that just happened to fit well into the attack pattern.

At the same time that the WTC was being constructed in NYC, much smaller twin towers were being built in downtown Honolulu. They are about a couple of blocks north of the Aloha_Tower. At the time of their completion, these were the top office buildings at the core of the cities financialcenter. When the Aloha_Tower opened on September 11, 1926, most people had no reason to think about the 1970s. Regardless, by the early 1970s, Honolulu & NYC had twin towers that were the tallest office buildings in each city upon their completion.

Doing the math is part of it, but simple objective observation can reveal a lot as well. As the DVD & especially BD-Live reach more homes, something started to happen. While the Internet is convenient to look up so much data, the DVD is like its own web site. That is, when you factor in all the extras like documentaries, deleted scenes & the hidden Eastereggs. Thus, more people have become adjusted to seeing more than just a movie on a DVD.
